WSP Seeks Witnesses to Injury Car/Pedestrian Hit and Run Collision in Blaine

Blaine, WA – On Saturday, November 11, 2017, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by an unknown vehicle near the intersection of Peace Portal Drive and Bayview in the city limits of Blaine, Washington.

According to a press release from Washington State Patrol Trooper Heather Axtman, the victim sustained significant injuries as a result of the collision.

The suspect vehicle has been identified to most  likely be  a Toyota Corolla or a Toyota Prius, 2009-2013 models.  The vehicle is likely missing the passenger side mirror, and is believed to be gray/silver in color and may also have passenger side damage.

The Washington State Patrol is looking for any information that might aid with the investigation and any tips can be conveyed to Washington State Patrol Detective Craig Cardinal, 360-757-2008.
