Mount Vernon, WA – A Mount Vernon Man has pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of Child Pornography after he was arrested in June of 2017 on suspicion of downloading illegal pornographic material.
41-year old Beau France was initially arrested after U.S. Department of Homeland Security Officers found child porn images being downloaded to his computer through after an extensive investigation.
France struck a plea deal with prosecutors this week and agreed to plead guilty to two of the five charges against him.
France is looking at several years in Prison and will be sentenced in Skagit County Superior Court on February 9th.
