Missing Person: Have You Seen Henry Groeneveld?

Snohomish County, WA– The family of  Missing Person Henry Groeneveld is asking the publics help in trying to find him. Henry has been missing since December 11th, 2017.

Henry had worked for the United State Postal Service for 26 years.  Henry left work early on the morning he went missing which was very uncharacteristic of him.  Henry arrived home and briefly spoke to his wife before he told her he was heading to the river. Henry was  last seen leaving his home on Union Avenue  in Snohomish, Washington around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 11th, 2017.

Henry left  his coat, car keys, cell phone and wallet behind.

Mr. Groeneveld is described as being 5’7″ tall,  150 pounds with Grey hair, blue eyes and may have facial hair.  He has a “hunched” posture.   He was last seen wearing a hat, brown pullover shirt and blue U.S. Postal Service pants.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department used helicopters, divers and imaging devices to search the Snohomish River on December 15th, 2017. His body was not found.

On December 23rd, 2017 a community “Grid Search” was completed by volunteers in the city of Snohomish.  Searchers covered a large area but Henry was not found.

The family of Henry have received several tips and possible sighting of Henry but none of the tips have panned out.
