Wanted for Homicide

 

Modesto, California Police say 51-year old Kelvin Simpson is wanted for questioning in  the murder of his 47-year old wife, Shannon Kalia (Chu)  Simpson on April 3rd, 2018 in California.  Detectives believe Kelvin left the Modesto area after killing his wife and he has ties to the King, Snohomish and Skagit County areas of Washington State. If seen, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
