Mount Vernon, WA – A Kubota 40 Excavator was stolen during the night of August 6th, 2019 from a job site on Francis Road in Mount Vernon near 30th Street.
The Excavator is orange in color and a witness said they saw a mid 1990 Green Dodge Ram Pickup with an undersized trailer headed East toward Sedro-Woolley with it around 10:30 p.m. on August 6th.
