Bellingham Police Looking for Subject who Placed Swastika Stickers Around Town

Bellingham, WA – The Bellingham Police Department is requesting community assistance to help identify a person of interest in an ongoing hate crime investigation.
Over the weekend of October 10th and 11th,  multiple businesses in the Fairhaven and Downtown Districts had stickers placed on the windows. These stickers are white with a black swastika on them and have the words “We are Everywhere” wrote on them. This awful display of overt hate is being investigated as a hate crime under RCW 9A.36.080. As Chief David Doll said on Monday “These terrible displays of hate will not be tolerated in our community.”
Bellingham Police are asking for help from the community for the following:
➡️ If you notice a sticker on your business, please call 9-1-1 and report it to BPD. Do not remove or touch the sticker. Our investigators will want to process it for any possible evidence.
➡️ If you have any information as to the identity of the person of interest, please use one of the contact options below to report it.
