Skagit County, WA – As you are probably aware, PSE and Potelco electric crews have been working along Parson Creek Road to upgrade the existing overhead electric system. The crew is close to finishing this project, they will be energizing the newly installed system and transferring everyone’s service next week. Due to the complexity of the work and for the safety of the crew, we will need to take a final planned power outage to your residence or business. Please see below for the planned outage details.
Planned power outage details:
Date: Wednesday, August 25
Duration: Up to eight (8) hours
To occur between: 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Where: Parson Creek Road-area, Sedro Woolley
This planned outage should be the final outage in conjunction with this improvements project.
The crew will be onsite a few more days to wrap up the project and finish cleaning up the project route.
Due to the limited space surrounding the work zone, signs and traffic control flaggers will guide vehicles and
pedestrians safely through the area.
Please visit pse.com/plannedoutages for more information on how to prepare for a planned power outage.
PSE is proud to serve in your community and aim to complete the work with as little disruption as possible. We
recognize being without power is an inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience as we complete this work as quickly and safely as possible.
If there should be any questions or concerns, please contact me and reference project number 101111964.
