Mount Vernon, WA: The two men shot and killed in a drive by shooting in Mount Vernon have been identified by their friends and family as Leonardo Salinas and Miguel Lopez.
Two go Fund Me pages have been set up to assist the families with funeral expenses.

Both men were killed on I-5 near College Way early this morning in a drive-by shooting. Another man survived the shooting and called for help.
Family and Friends say anything people can donate to help their families with memorial costs is appreciated.
