MOUNT VERNON, WA: The Washington State Patrol’s Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the double homicide that occurred on July 18, 2015 between 3:00 AM and 3:30 AM. The incident occurred on northbound I-5, south of College Way in Mount Vernon.
