Anacortes Man Arrested for Drug Trafficking

Anacortes, WA- On October 23rd, 2015 around 9:00 am a search warrant was served on a home in the 1300 block of “N” Avenue in the City of Anacortes.

Informants had previously purchased 6.7 grams of Heroin over a several month period from Paval Vladimir Niemeyer at his residence in the 1300 block of “N” Avenue as well as a home in the 1100 block of 12th Street, within the City of Anacortes.

All purchases were made within a school zone and near a daycare located in the area.

Field tests were performed on samples from each purchase. The samples tested positive for the presence of heroin.

During the service of the search warrant, Officers found Heroin packaged for sale, Methamphetamine packed for sale, Marijuana packed for sale, 16 different prescription drugs packaged for sale,  a loaded .22 caliber revolver and an unloaded .22 caliber rifle.

Paval Vladimir Niemeyer was arrested on an investigative hold for Delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) x 3, Possession with intent to deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with intent to deliver Heroin, Illegal Possession of a Firearm, Possession with intent to deliver Marijuana, School Zone Enhancement and Maintaining a premise for drug trafficking.

Paval Vladimir Niemeyer is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in lieu of  a $125,000.00 bond on 6 counts of Violation of the Controlled Substance Act  (VUCSA), and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
