Sedro Woolley Teen Arrested For Arson at High School

Sedro Woolley, Washington- A 13-year old Sedro Woolley teen was arrested for two recent Incidents of Arson at the Sedro Woolley High School.

The Sedro Woolley Fire Department Responded to a suspicious  Fire on a West Wall of the Sedro Woolley High School Gym on April 19th. In that incident, a garbage can was set on fire and caused smoke damage to an exterior wall.

Today, Sedro Woolley High School  Officials noticed additional smoke damage on another wall, and smoke damage around an outside pop machine.

Sedro Woolley Police Officials Posted on their Facebook that  “Surveillance video captured the suspect who matched in both incidents. With the second video,  school staff was able to identify the 13-year old male suspect.”

A search warrant was also served at his residence,  where evidence of the crimes was located.”

The Teen was later questioned and booked into Juvenile Detention on Burglary, Arson and Theft charges.
