Arlington Murder Suspect John Reed Captured

Arlington, Washington– John Reed, the suspect in the aggravated murder of Patrick Shunn and Monique Patenaude of Oso, Washington  was captured by Mexican Authorities with the assistance of United States Marshals.

Mr. Reed had been hiding in Puerto Penasco in the Mexican State of Senora.   He was taken into custody at the border and booked into the Pima County, Arizona Jail.

Mr. Reed has been on the run since April 11th, 2016 when Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies believed he killed the Oso, Washington couple.
