Skagit County, Washington- The Skagit County Interlocal Drug Enforcement Unit (SCIDEU) along with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has arrested 36-year old Jamar Dobbins of Burlington for drug trafficking and delivery of a controlled substance, Cocaine.
According to a probable cause affidavit of arrest obtained by SkagitBreaking.com through a public records request, the SCIDEU and the DEA conducted several controlled buys of Heroin in Skagit County between March 2016 and August 2016 before making the arrest. In four of the controlled buys, a total of 56.8 grams of cocaine was purchased from Jamar Dobbins.
Mr. Dobbins was arrested by the Skagit County Interlocal Drug Enforcement Unit and the Drug Enforcement Agency on August 19th, 2016 at an apartment in the 400 block of South Norris Street in Burlington. He is currently being held in the Skagit County Jail in Lieu of $200,000 bail on suspicion of four counts of Delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of Violation of the Uniformed Controlled Substance Act (VUCSA) and one count of Violation of the Uniformed Controlled Substance Act (VUCSA) with Conspiracy to Commit.
Mr Dobbins has eight (8) previous Felony Convictions and 2 previous misdemeanor convictions.
