Burlington, Washington- The Skagit County Coroners Office has not officially released the names of those killed in the Cascade Mall Shooting on September 23rd, 2016, but family and friends of the victims have been posting their condolences online.
Two of the five victims were relatives. 95-year old Beatrice Dotson and her daughter 64-year old Belinda Galde were both killed while shopping in the cosmetic section of Macy’s when a 20-year old armed with a rifle opened fire on the two shoppers.
Belinda Galde was a Probation Officer with the Cascade Division of the Snohomish County District Court in Arlington, Washington.
Several Colleagues posted their condolences on their social media pages including Judge Anthony E. Howard.

Another Colleague, The Law Firm of David Jolly posted their condolences online for Belinda and her mother as well.

The Snohomish County District Court released a statement saying that Belinda had been an employee since 1989. The statement read: “Belinda was an amazingly kind individual who was much adored by her friends, her co-workers and the 1000’s of probationers who she helped find a better way to live.”
