Anacortes, WA – The Washington State Department of Health has suspended the license of Skagit County registered Nurse CALE ENOS  pending further legal action.  The Nursing Commission referred this case to the Secretary of the State Department of Health because the charges are related to sexual misconduct.

In June of 2017, ENOS was criminally charged in Skagit County Superior Court with one count of  First-Degree Rape of a Child, a class A Felony Sex Offense.  A 5-year old minor  female victim reported to an adult and Law Enforcement that she had been inappropriately touched and molested by ENOS on numerous occasions.  ENOS pleaded not guilty to the charge on June 29th, 2017.

ENOS’S  license was suspended by the State Department of Health on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 for Unprofessional Conduct and he cannot practice as a registered nurse in Washington State until the charges are resolved according to a press release.
