Mount Vernon, WA– The Skagit County Coroner Office has identified the two individuals who died as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident on Little Mountain Road on the evening of April 16th, 2018. They are 48-year old Michele N. Kadyk and 38-year old Trevor J. Clifford.
The manner of death has been determined an accident and the cause of death for both individual’s was determined to be multiple blunt force injuries due to a motor vehicle collision.
