1967 Chevelle Falls Off Trailer on I-5 in Everett While Being Towed

Everett, WA – The Washington State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle, non injury collision on Southbound I-5 in Everett on the afternoon of August 18th, 2019.

According to a release by the Washington State Patrol, an unidentified  driver in Everett was hauling a 1967 Chevelle on a flatbed trailer Southbound on I-5 in Everett when the vehicle suddenly rolled off the trailer and onto the roadway.  Troopers say the unoccupied Chevelle then traveled across all lanes of traffic and into the HOV Lane where it was struck by another vehicle.

The occupants of the victim vehicle were startled according to Troopers but were not injured.

The Driver of the truck hauling the Chevelle was cited for “Failure to secure load.”
