Marysville, WA – Marysville Police Responded to the area of the Fred Meyer Store on December 3rd, 2019 for reports of a deceased person found in the area. Police and Detectives processed the scene and turned the unidentified male over to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office for Identification, so next of kin notification could happen.
On December 6th, the Snohomish County Medical Examiners Office completed the Examination and confirmed the identity of the 45-year old male found deceased outside the Fred Meyer store as 45-year old Joshua Fredericksen of Marysville. The Cause of Death and Manner of Death are pending further investigation.
Fredericksen’s family told the HeraldNet he had been homeless for nearly 15-years and they had recently been trying to get him into counseling for alcohol-related issues.
