Heritage Flight Museum Closing to Public Visitation Due to Coronavirus

Skagit County, WA – Heritage Flight Museum is closely monitoring the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to ensuring the health of our staff, volunteers and visitors. We are monitoring local, state and federal agencies and following their guidelines for museum operations.

In light of local cases of the Coronavirus appearing in Skagit County, the Heritage Flight Museum is temporarily closing to public visitation. Since the Corona Virus has been so prominently in the news, all of the groups that have rented the museum for their events within the next few weeks have chosen to take the cautious route and reschedule their events to June.

Museum leadership chose to support this prudence by temporarily closing to the public. “The safety of our staff and community remains our top priority and limiting exposure to this virus with so many unknown facets just seems the prudent approach,” says Museum Executive Director Greg Anders.
