According to the Washington State Patrol press memo, Adrian Crowshoe, 24, of Springdale was southbound State Route 231 near milepost 55, in a blue 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe when she failed to negotiate a curve. Her vehicle left the roadway, rolled over and she was ejected. She died at the scene.
The Washington State Patrol says drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash and the cause is listed as failure to negotiate a curve, and DUI. A Spokane Tribal Officer notified Next of Kin and her vehicle was impounded by Fred's Towing.
